Shipping Policy

Our boxes are shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We offer local pickup for customers living in and around Edmonton. 

We charge a standard shipping rate depending on location. At this time, we are only shipping to Canada and the United States. We hope in the future we can include other countries. For shipping within Canada, please see the following:

Canada

• $15 - Local Edmonton Delivery  

• $20 - Greater Edmonton Delivery (Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc)

• $25 - Alberta Shipping 

• $30 - All other Provinces and Territories Shipping

United States 

• $35 - International Shipping (United States Only)

Boxes typically take between 5 - 7 business days to arrive, once they have been dropped off at the post office.

Elf in a Box cannot accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Canada Post, including any loss or damage in transit. Issues that occur after we have shipped the box must be taken up with Canada Post.

Pick Up Policy 

Local pick-up is only available in Edmonton, Alberta. The Pick-up location will be selected upon checkout. Specific pick-up locations will be shared once the box is ready in November 2023. Free local pickup in Edmonton, AB ONLY.

Locations are as follows:

• Southside - Riverbend

• Central - Royal Gardens

You will receive an email regarding pick-up times and specific addresses when the box is ready for pickup. 

In the event that the chosen location and time do not work for you, please contact us as soon as possible to make other arrangements.

Failure to pick up your box at your designated time and location may be subject to a return to the original payment method and the box may be released to the waitlist.
